Body Massage

Swedish Massage

This is a classic and extremely versatile style of massage which uses techniques to revitalise and stimulate or soothe and relax to suit your needs. It focuses on maintaining a good physical condition by manipulating the muscles to break down tightness and tension and improving suppleness and elasticity.

Rainforest Massage

This treatment uses classic Swedish massage techniques combined with the use of warm oil to help melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness and increase circulation. As the calming music and sounds of the rainforest play in the background, heated oil is poured over the body, taking the massage to a deeper level, allowing the muscles to relax more and helping the massage to work more effectively. At the end of the back massage, a warm towel is draped over the entire back to help relax and sooth the muscles that have been manipulated during the treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

This intensely relaxing treatment uses warmed basalt stones to massage and permeate heat deep into the muscles to melt away stress and tension. Hot stone massage has many health benefits, including easing joint and muscular pains, improving blood and lymphatic circulation resulting in more oxygen and nutrients to the body and aiding detoxification. Hot stone massage can also result in mental and emotional benefits as well as physical ones. Hot stone massage is said to have health benefits for people with stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression.

Full Leg and Foot Massage

Ideal for people who like to walk or are on their feet a lot, this treatment focuses on reducing tightness and tension in the legs and feet by manipulating the muscles and identifying problem areas. Using the Swedish style of massage, this treatment will relax you whilst giving your legs and feet some much needed TLC.


Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage

If you are feeling stressed or aggravated, tension can often accumulate in your head, neck and shoulders. This tension can later show up as a stiff neck and shoulders, eye strain and sometimes even hair loss. Allow yourself to relax and let the stress melt away with a head, neck and shoulder massage treatment.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage has been practised in India for over a thousand years and encompasses the head, neck, shoulders and upper arms. Indian head massage is a simple yet very effective therapy that not only promotes hair growth, but also provides relief from aches and pains. The aim of an Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the muscles and joints of the head, neck and shoulders. This massage is performed with the client sat up on a chair, and the traditional coconut oil is used as the massage medium.

Lose yourself and let peace wash over you in this soothing treatment that incorporates massaging the shoulders, neck, face, and head. This treatment helps mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation, aids the elimination of toxins and is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension. This treatment is performed with the client lying face-up on the massage bed and uses coconut oil, rich in vitamin E, which nourishes skin and hair.
